Village Harvest offers the only imported organic rice in the marketplace. It is certified onsite in India at the base of the Himalayas where it is grown and USDA certified as well. Like traditional basmati these long grains have a nutty flavor slightly yellow color and a dry consistency perfect for fluffy pilafs and other Indian and Middle Eastern fare.
